Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dart3d.contact@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Return Process To initiate a return, email us at dart3d.contact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
